 This 'should have' worked.

 This should not have worked -- Vidalia just overrides whatever config Tor
 starts with, when it starts Tor on the command line.

 8be6058d8f31e578) so feel free to resolve if this doesn't repro with newer
 versions.

 More experience from other people would be useful here. (What Vidalia
 version does this TBB come with?)
