 I believe I did do what was relevant to this in
 https://gitweb.torproject.org/ooni-
 probe.git/commit/de0c47f7152b3a0a9dd2baf27ce2b028819e3f63, though I was
 not able to test it because of issues not related to NetTestCase.

 If there is something that I missed that is related to NetTestCase, let me
 know.
