 `https://git.torproject.org/user/asn/tor.git`.

 All your comments should be addressed, apart from the ones regarding
 `tor_escape_string()`. Should I make `tor_escape_string()` purely
 #3594-specific, and cut the `set` and `escape_char` arguments?

 (Also, yes, I should replace `tor_char_is_in_set()` with `strchr()`.)
