 Also, I note the doubtful num_n_circuits and num_p_circuits seen in the
 channel in the stack dump.  I believe this is caused by
 channel_unlink_all_circuits() resetting the counters to zero and then them
 being subsequently decremented during the circuit_mark_for_close() loop in
 circuit_unlink_all_from_channel().  Clearly,
 circuit_unlink_all_from_channel() needs some re-engineering here, and the
 hibernate.c call to connection_mark_for_close() should change.  These are
 independent bugs and I will open new tickets.
