 Well, I found *a* bug: hibernate.c calls connection_mark_for_close()
 directly on orconns rather than the proper channel functions.  That's the
 cause of the numerous '[warn] Something tried to close an or_connection_t
 without going through channels at src/or/hibernate.c:850' aagbsn reported.
