Comment:

 I have a first draft of this at https://github.com/aallai/flashproxy.git,
 branch manpage.

 - The dist make target now depends on generated man pages. It copies them
 into a doc subdirectory which is then zipped with the rest of the client
 files.

 - The author section lists David Fifield, dcf at torproject.org.

 - I used the Tor and asciidoc man pages as inspiration.
