 https://metrics.torproject.org/fast-exits.html#almostfastexits has changed
 so the top graph has the purple line at 1.0 and the orange line at 0.0,
 and the bottom graph has the purple line at 100 and the orange line at 0.

 I'm not sure what changed, but it's clearly not right currently.
