Comment:

 Did some more work on this. There appears to be a crash bug that happens
 after a couple weeks if you remove node keys during runtime. Possibly due
 to onion key rotation. Unfortunately, no loglines are emitted when this
 happens, so it's proving a little tricky to track down.
