 This test is implemented here: https://gitweb.torproject.org/ooni-
 probe.git/blob/HEAD:/nettests/core/keyword_filtering.py

 It can be run with ./bin/ooniprobe nettests/core/keyword_filtering.py -b
 URL_OF_BACKEND -f FILE_CONTAINING_KEYWORDS.

 We do not detect on the client if censorship has occurred, but just log
 the requests being sent and the response received.
