#5972: TBB system freeze on Windows Vista

A user with Windows Vista reports that the system freezes as Vidalia is
starting. The user isn't sure when this started happening, but believes it
was after downloading 2.2.35-11.
What happens is that the user opens the "Tor browser" folder and runs the
executable. The computer is busy for a second, then seems to stop opening
Vidalia. At this point, the user can open other folders, programs, etc,
but the Vidalia window never opens. No messages or crash reports or
anything, just...not opening. If the user tries to open the task manager,
the start menu, or do anything with the folder that's already open, then
the computer freezes.
The user does not have Ad Muncher, Kaspersky Internet Security 2012,
OpenVPN or another VPN client installed.
