Comment:

 I agree, this is important to get fixed. It's a crazy big usability bug,
 and - while probably not catastrophic for anonymity - a major confidence
 inhibitor in TBB. I'm changing the priority back to major, if you still
 disagree mike - especially wrt the ssl/bookmark settings - please change
 it back.
