 The preferences dialog used to be resizable. In a later version, it
 stopped being resizable and was a fixed size which was too large to fit
 completely on the screen on notebooks. That was annoying, but I've just
 upgraded to 3.0development.3 and now the dialog is too small. Please see
 the attached image. It's still not resizable. I'm using Firefox 3.6.28.
