Comment:

 I'm having the same problem - can't rearrange tabs with drag-and-drop,
 can't drag buttons from the customization dialog box (right-click toolbar,
 click "Customize..."). I'm running Firefox 12.0 with TorButton 1.4.5.1 on
 Gentoo/AMD64.
