 How hard would it be to add a list of favorite relays/bridges to Atlas?

 From a UI perspective, this could work as follows: the main screen for new
 users would stay pretty much the same and allow users to search for relays
 or bridges.  In the results, there would be some kind of "Add/remove
 to/from favorites" button, checkbox, icon, or whatever fits best.  Once a
 user has 1 or more favorites, the start screen would list those
 relays/bridges like it would normally display search results in addition
 to offering the search functionality.

 Having a list of favorites could be particularly useful when porting Atlas
 to mobile devices.  I could imagine that the main use case there wouldn't
 be to search for relays/bridges, but to look up how your own
 relays/bridges are doing.
