 Downloaded Vidalia Relay Bundle from
 https://www.torproject.org/download/download.html.en
 vidalia-relay-bundle-0.2.2.35-0.2.17.exe

 MS Win XP32 SP3
 Ran installer, accepted default installation path.
 Did not opt to run directly after installing.

 'Start' -> 'All Programs' -> 'Vidalia Bridge Bundle' is perhaps mis-named?

 Selecting 'Start' -> 'All Programs' -> 'Vidalia Bridge Bundle' -> 'Tor' ->
 'Documents' -> 'Tor Manual'
 produces the error message "The item 'tor-reference.html' that this
 shortcut refers to has been changed or moved...Do you want to delete this
 shortcut? [Yes/No]"
