Comment:

 While New Identity is important, we do strive to meet a security model
 where you're not linked between different domains:
 https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser/design/#privacy

 See #4100 and #3600 for major violations of this policy.

 I think this ticket is a dup of #5294. We should explain all this shit
 somewhere people actually read in language they can understand.
