 The issue here is that the ConfigDialog applies pending changes once
 Vidalia has authenticated to tor. If you have Changed=true in the [Tor]
 section, it will apply the pending changes and close the settings window.

 I'm thinking that this should be marked as invalid on behalf of the new
 settings handling in Vidalia alpha (will come with 0.3.2, but it's already
 in the source). This is a problem, but I still haven't found a good way of
 handling this that isn't the way it is.
