Comment:

 Reopening, because Sebastian still thinks getting rid of the OpenSSL
 dependency is a good thing to do (and Tor has a non-OpenSSL-dependent
 HMAC-SHA-256 implementation sitting around waiting to be ripped out), and
 because the risks to a few users of connecting directly to bridges.tpo
 could very well outweigh the benefits to users behind stupid
 corporate/academic firewalls.
