Comment:

 We no longer distribute Polipo nor recommend its use. So the actual bug
 here is that Vidalia still shows the GUI for the proxy application.

 A fix for this is in my branch chiiph/bug5386_proxy. It is merged to alpha
 and will be out with 0.3.2.
