 The hold up here is over concern for the blog commenters. Once we migrate
 to ikiwiki, we have no more blog comments. The current thought is to setup
 the forum and migrate the blog. We could decouple the migration from the
 forum setup. And then we have a functional blog again with the forum
 coming soon.
