 https://www.torproject.org/download/download on linux has a tiny little
 "oh and other things" link, inside the TBB section.

 We should make it not inside the TBB section. Maybe with a header of its
 own. Maybe with an orange box of its own.

 This is especially important since right now if you want to be a relay you
 basically have to already know what page to go to to learn that there are
 Tor debs for you (or packages for other OSes).
