 Mashael suggested these parameters for the simulations:

 I believe with some more hacking on the code we can make the "set circ and
 stream window really high so they never run out" hack obsolete. But I
 think we're not there yet.

 In this case we're using N2 of 10 and initial N3 of 500. Are these
 plausible numbers?
