Comment:

 With microdescriptors, the only bandwidth we've got is the consensus one,
 so Vidalia now sorts/displays routers based on that value.

 A fix for this is in my branch chiiph/bug3287_consensusbw and it will be
 out with 0.2.18 and 0.3.2.
