 Scribd's HTTPS site (https://www.scribd.com/) glitches when you attempt to
 log in. I'll type in my user credentials, hit enter, and I'll see a
 spinning wheel for a split second next to the login button, and nothing
 will happen. We should disable the Scribd rule in the default build.
