Comment:

 In a perfect world, there should be some handshake protocol between
 Vidalia or Tor Browser and Tor Router to eliminate this dialog box...

 However, right now there are a lot of custom hacks out there instead of
 actual Tor Routers, so it might still be worthwhile to provide the option
 at this point.

 I created #6254 for the Torbutton side.
