 Doing some research around there no live links to a copy of 403 checker. I
 asked people on twitter if somebody has a copy:
 https://twitter.com/hellais/status/217287739077435394.

 If by 24 hours nothing is found we should remove this tool from the list
 of the ones to be analyzed.
