 Right now if you go to the HTTPS Everywhere homepage, there's no clear
 contact us link. If you look at the FAQ, it says "You can report [issues]
 to us" but it doesn't say how. Also, there's no way to report issues from
 the plugin itself -- it'd be really nice if, when a page didn't work, you
 could easily report it right from there.
