 I'm using a bridge because I keep on getting timed out whenever I try and
 connect to the servers.
 After reinstalling Tor, I get this error:
 Jun 14 !18:48:09.344 [Warning] Problem bootstrapping. Stuck at 5%:
 Connecting to directory server. (Operation timed out; TIMEOUT; count 10;
 recommendation warn)
