 In the alfa version of the TBB when you close firefox a dialog appears
 asking "The Tor Enabled firefox was closed. What do you want to do?". The
 user can choose Reopen the browser, close Tor or Do nothing.

 If do nothing is selected the browser can be relaunched from Plugins ->
 Browser Bundle Configuration -> Launch Browser.

 Maybe these are a bit too many clicks, would it make sense to have a
 button in vidalia di relauch Tor?
