 reports that if you change noscript in tbb to not 'allow scripts
 globally', then visit e.g. cnn.com and want to run a script, your option
 is "Allow foo", but never "Temporarily allow foo".

 It would seem Options -> Appearance -> "Temporarily Allow [...]" is not
 checked.

 Should it be?
