 I'm experimenting with a semiautomated process to build a semiregularly
 updated tor-next branch, containing the pending not-yet-merged tor
 updates.

 I'm thinking that this doesn't belong in my personal repo, and doesn't
 belong in the official repo.  Might a "tor-next.git" be a good place for
 that?  If nobody objects, I request one.
