 Runa thinks that it will be useful to keep mailinglist archives of the
 volunteer tester emails. I think whatever Runa thinks is best for the
 process she has to manage is probably best for that process.

 We should create tor-testing at lists.tp.o, and subscribe the handful of
 testers she has to it.
