 asn, I merged your branch (after rebasing it) and tweaked your
 [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/attachment/ticket/6232/relays-
 fair.png graph] a bit.  Also, it doesn't take 12 hours to plot graphs, but
 to extract the data for them.  I attached the
 [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/attachment/ticket/6232/entropy.csv.gz
 entropy.csv file] that you need for making graphs.  If you come up with
 more graphs, let me know, and I'll merge your code.
