Comment:

 Based on my editing of the OONI paper being submitted to FOCI '12, the
 discussions we've had in OONI meetings, and the outline on the wiki, the
 only design concepts which seemed unclear were the Network Node and the
 OONIProxy. However, I think, after talking with hellais about the paper,
 that the concepts make more sense now that they have been redefined, and
 the implementation of the extension to the SOCKS protocol will clear that
 entirely.

 I am interested to hear what Nick and Roger think, if they have time to
 comment, but if not, I think we should be moving along.
