 I think tor should outsource their forums to a public hosting site. Tails
 is having the same discussion,

 zoho, freeforums, or zetaboard should work well. Unless tor wants to
 maintain yet another system, it is not worth the effort. For example, both
 trac and gitweb are out of current revision. Focus on making tor better,
 not making forum software better.
