 Weasel and I discussed this ticket today. Here's the plan:

 1. Mike gets a role account and access to the new VM to do the drupal
 migration.
 2. Jeremy fixes up his ikiwiki work, and we migrate from drupal to
 ikiwiki.
 3. The migration of ikiwiki moves the blog to the current set of three
 webservers. The dedicated vm goes away.
 4. ikiwiki is used as a static site generator. comments and such move to a
 forum.
 5. weasel and phobos are happy to not have to take care of another new
 technology.
