                   0.2.1.x or 0.2.2.x, and you have tried all 6 HSDir nodes

                   an HS in the last 15 minutes before the clock jump, you
 will
                   not be able to connect to that HS again until you NEWNYM
 or
                   restart Tor. On 0.2.3.x, once a connection attempt to
 the HS
                   ends, the table will be cleared, so it's not a problem
 there.
