 George told me at the Frankfurt hack fest that he wants to get obfsproxy
 into the hands of more users. Sounds great. One of the steps is to make a
 web page for it, so people know what resources there are, what needs
 testing, how to do the testing, etc.

 I think https://www.torproject.org/projects/projects is a fine place to
 link to this page from.
