 Now that 0.2.3.x comes to its feature-close and tickets which have needed
 revision to be suitable for 0.2.3.x are now tickets which will need
 revision for be suitable for 0.2.4.x... it would be a good time to have
 this feature.

 Commenting here to bump this ticket.  It'll need somebody to edit the trac
 configuration to add the new state, I believe.  Who has the permissions
 and the knowledge to do that?
