 Linus has an ipv6 bridge up and running. We want to get more people
 testing them. It wouldn't hurt to tell users about them too.

 We should put a little paragraph at the bottom of the
 https://bridges.torproject.org/ page that says "if you can use IPv6 and
 you're a Tor expert, upgrade to Tor >=0.2.3.10-alpha and try setting this
 line in your torrc file".

 Then we get more users for testing ipv6, and also some people in China get
 a working bridge for a while.

 (If China blocks the ipv6 bridge addresses we hard-code in the page, we'll
 have learned something and can build a plan then.)

 Eventually we might want the text to be in Chinese, but at first we can
 expect experts to be able to handle English instructions.
