 We're using Maxmind's [http://www.maxmind.com/app/iso3166  country list]
 and only changed "Libyan Arab Jamahiriya" to "Libya."  Can you give me a
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/metrics-web.git/blob/HEAD:/rserve/graphs.R
 diff] with further changes you'd like to be made?
