 Even when Tor Browser is left completely idle, it periodically checks for
 updates to its "Latest Headlines" feed (located under Bookmarks ->
 Bookmarks Toolbar -> Latest Headlines). It would be a good practice to
 silence this kind of "stealth" traffic if it's not mandatory, either by
 removing the feed or disabling its auto-update feature.
