Comment:

 Maxmind actually has a GeoIP database for IPv6; I'm not sure how well it
 works since I don't have a lot of ipv6 traffic to work from.

 I've added support for the IPv6 GeoIP database (including test cases) to
 the "nils-bug5053" branch on git at github.com:shkoo/tor.git; how does that
 look?
