Here are some notes from Nick, Roger, Linus, and I discussing the topic
yesterday:
* The bridge authority can rather easily do reachability tests for IPv6
bridges, because these tests are done directly.
* The bridge authority should include the Running flag if the bridge is
reachable over the IPv4 OR address and port stated in the router line of
its descriptor. This is for backwards compatibility reasons. A bridge
which is reachable over IPv4 while announcing a misconfigured IPv6 address
should still be given out to IPv4 clients.
* The bridge authority should include all parts of or-address lines for
which it can confirm reachability. If the bridge authority can confirm
bridge reachability for only a subset of ports of a given or-address line,
it should include only these ports in the "a" line of the bridge network
status entry.
