 the #1 reason people don't use Tor in Iran is because it takes too long to
 view a webpage. He's measuring the time as from the time he clicks on the
 'Start tor browser' icon in windows xp through the time he can type in a
 url. It's taking him 60-90 seconds on average. He says he did 10 trials
 over three days.

 Yeah, that's Windows XP for you. Wonder if there's anything we can do to
 speed things up?
