Comment:

 It looks like flush_error_cb() doesn't actually check
 'what&BEV_EVENT_ERROR'. I'd bet that we've got another EOF here.

 I've checked in another patch (fc7008f) to make sure that we actually
 check for BEV_EVENT_ERROR before logging any strerrors.
