 The next steps here are to:

 1. create a new vm
 2. see if gettor likes current python in debian 6.0.4
 3. standardize gettor such that all configs and changes live in
 /srv/gettor.torproject.org/ rather than strewn about the system
 4. migrate dns entries over to new VM
 5. shut down old gettor and kill the old system.
