 Upgrading the libevent would be the first thing I'd suggest.  I don't
 immediately recall an error like that, but 2.0.13-stable was six months
 ago, so it's quite possible the problem isn't there any more.  In any
 case, ruling out all already-fixed bugs would make it much easier to find
 this one if it is still happening.
