 Seems like this is a great solution for people in China who would
 otherwise being trying to set up some sort of vpn for themselves outside
 of the country.

 (Runa, are there amazon locations in e.g. Japan or Hong Kong that we could
 use here?)

 These private bridge instances would also benefit from having obfs2 built-
 in, to deal with the current DPI attacks.
