 As a further note, that I forgot to write down in comment:1, since we are
 only interested in Tor->HTTPS morphing, we might be able to find some
 heuristic improvements to the linear programming part of morpheus, that
 will result in better morphing matrices and give us less overhead. This
 might be hard, but if we end up using traffic morphing we should look into
 it.
